Creative Counter Service is our own spin on a format we genuinely believe in — order at the counter, then let us take it from there. Head up, take a look at the board, and build your meal from our daily menu of handcrafted sandwiches, bowls, salads, and sides (dinner's a little different — more on that below). Place your order, then grab your own drink — we've got lemonade and fountain options self-serve, with the exception of beer and wine, which we'll bring right to you. From there, grab a seat wherever feels right — our eclectic indoor dining room, complete with two 80-inch flat screens for whatever big game is on, our front patio, or the back patio with its family-style picnic tables. Wherever you land, we'll bring the food out to you. No standing around waiting on a number to be called. It's the ease of counter service with the kind of hospitality you'd expect from a full-service restaurant, because that's exactly what we set out to build.

However works best for you, honestly. Come in and order at the counter for a full sit-down meal indoors or out on either patio, or skip the line entirely and order ahead online through Toast for easy pickup. Want it delivered? We're on DoorDash. Lunch is served all day, every day we're open — Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 3pm. Starting at 4pm Monday through Saturday, we shift into dinner mode with a heartier menu built for slowing down, plus a brand-new weekly special that debuts every Thursday.

Nope — walk in anytime and we'll get you seated. That said, if you're coming in for dinner, especially on a weekend or for a bigger group, it never hurts to call ahead at (805) 288-6055 so we can have your table ready. Consider it optional insurance, not a requirement.

We'd love to host you. For smaller, casual get-togethers — birthdays, team lunches, that kind of thing — our back patio and its picnic-style seating are a great fit, and we'd just ask that you call ahead so we can plan for your group.
If you're dreaming bigger — a wedding, a milestone celebration, something that calls for a little more storytelling on the plate — that's exactly what Chef Luis built Events by Chef Luis Sanchez for. It's a fully custom, upscale catering experience designed around your event from the ground up. Give us a call at (805) 288-6055 and we'll point you in the right direction.

Happy to. Whether you're feeding ten people or a hundred, we've built our catering menu to flex with you. Choose per-person plates starting at $16 (any sandwich or bowl plus a side), à la carte trays and packages — think Sandwich Trays, our BBQ Slider Package, salad trays, and sides — or go the family meal route with dishes like our Slow Braised Prime Short Ribs or Miso Maple Salmon, all served with sides ready to land straight on the table. There's a Kids Party Package too, and no order's complete without Alfajores and a gallon of our hand-squeezed lemonade. The one rule: we ask for 48 hours notice so we can do it right. Order online through Toast or give us a call, and we'll take it from there.

This one means a lot to us. We're a Thousand Oaks restaurant through and through, and we try to show up for the Conejo Valley in as many ways as we can — free King Trivia every Wednesday night at 6:30pm, live music on the patio, watch parties for big games, and a booth every year at the Conejo Food & Wine Festival. Chef Luis teaches bilingual cooking classes each year at our local elementary academy, and every Fourth of July, you'll find us serving food and house-made lemonade at the Westlake Village Golf Course. And through our fundraiser program, we turn everyday meals into real support for local schools, sports teams, and nonprofits. It's less a marketing checkbox for us and more just how we think a neighborhood restaurant should behave.

Raising money for your school, team, or organization? We want to help. Book an All Day Restaurant fundraiser with us and we'll donate a percentage of everything sold that day back to your cause — 15% for schools and nonprofits, 10% for sports teams. Once your date is set, we'll hand you a digital flyer to help spread the word, and all your supporters have to do is mention the fundraiser when they order (or note it in the comments for online orders — just not through third-party delivery apps). We don't run fundraisers on weekends or holidays, so weekdays are the move. Head to mouthfuleatery.com/fundraisers to apply for your date.
